The JAMES tiny home is our most original and versatile model that gives our clients lots of room for customizations. This tiny home is designed to be spacious and equipped with amenities and functionalities. Its clever storage, multifunctional furniture, combine with large windows and bright interior finishes to create an aesthetic tiny home that has a lot of characteristics.

Design
Exterior
The exterior of this tiny home is clad in a mixture of stained red cedar and Shou Sugi Ban siding. The dark grey metal room gives contrast and character to this house. The angled room makes the loft areas very comfortable while maintaining a unique look. Additionally, the bump-out area gives an interesting texture from the outside and can be very functional to be used as a storage area for an appliance like an air conditioner, washer, water tank, etc.

Interior
The interior of this house is very customizable. We chose bright interior finishes. The white kitchen cabinets with a wood butcher block countertop give it a very clean and modern look. Two spacious king-size lofts along with the pullout sofa can accommodate up to 6 people. One of the lofts is accessible with our signature storage staircase. Lots of natural light enhance the sense of space.
